In the heart of Valle d’Itria, between the trullo, on a hill of about 397 meters from the sea, arises the Azienda Agricola Biologica” Il Frantolio di D’Amico Pietro” of ancient family traditions operating in the olive production sector since 1917. actually, it is leaded directly by D’Amico pietro having as deputy manager his father D’Amico Antonio. The company produces extra virgin olive oil drawing their raw material from age long plants, hand harvesting the olives and squeezing them cold in he millstone. The working techniques follow the traditional systems giving value to modern systems that guarantee a product of remarkable and certified quality such to fulfil the requirements of new consumers. The oil is commercialised with the name “TRISOLE”, old denomination of the locality where the company is situated.

Everyday, it is possible to effectuate guided visits to the factory; follow all the production row of oil market: traditional installation, continue installation, storage and packaging.

The visit is concluded by a free tasting driven by a taster adhering at Albo, in the trullos of the XVII century.
