 La Dolciaria Loison, piccola azienda artigiana situata
a Costabissara, cittadina di campagna a nord di Vicenza,
sin dal 1938 produce e commercializza dolci lievitati
da ricorrenza: panettone e pandoro, colomba e focacce.
Il procedimento artigianale e la lentezza delle varie
fasi della lavorazione garantiscono freschezza
e fragranza prolungata. Numerosi sono anche i premi
e le critiche
giornalistiche che testimoniano la qualità Loison.

Oggi più del
50% del fatturato proviene dall'estero, da oltre trenta
Paesi del mondo, tra cui Germania, Francia,
Inghilterra, Brasile, Korea, Svizzera, Giappone, Usa,
Sud Africa e Australia.
Ciò che caratterizza i dolci Loison è la
qualità del
prodotto, che si deve innanzitutto alla qualità degli
ingredienti, i migliori sul mercato e di origine certificata,
tra cui i Presidi SlowFood, (Vaniglia Mananara del
Madagascar, Mandarino Tardivo di Ciaculli, Pistacchio
di Bronte e
Chinotto di Savona).
Altro aspetto d’eccellenza è rappresentato
dalla confezione, curata in ogni dettaglio, come meritano
i più raffinati

foreign sales, from over 30 countries around the
world, among which
Germany, France, England, Brazil, Korea, Switzerland,
Japan, the U.S., South Africa and Australia.
The most important feature of Loison cakes is the
quality of the product, which is above all due to
the quality
of ingredients, the best on the market and of certified
origin,
for example the Slow Food Presidium, produced in
small quantity and protected by the same organization,
like
the Natural
Vanilla from Madagascar and the Late Tangerine of
Ciaculli.
