in botte di rovere che ne dona particolare aroma ed armonia. Ottimo su gelato fragole e Parmigiano.

Well-balanced and defi nitely inviting taste. The strong taste of vinegar is mitigated by its
refi nement in oak barrels which gives a special aroma and harmony. Recommended on icecream,
