| “Bonito del Norte” (White Tuna) scientifically called “Thunnus Alalunga” is caught by rod and line one by one, only during the summer season (July – September). Its extremely white meat has a delicate flavour and incomparable texture. The flank is the softest and most exquisite part of the White Meat Tuna, and the choice of any gourmet. We present it in olive oil, presented either in glass jars or in tin cans (easy open). Also available Skipjack and Yellowfinn either in olive or vegetable oil, and piquillo peppers stuffed with white meat tuna |
