Regional Cuisine by the selection and preservation of the original techniques
used by generations of Sicilians.
Produced in Sicily means
its about the land. Our first raw ingredient is mozzarella,
olive oil, rice for “arancine”, and sea salts
from the Sicilian salt refinery, selected from local
companies.
The high standard of
our frozen foods are consistently fresh tasting when
cooked, because of our system of conservation the food
retains all of its organic characteristics.
Low cost is an important
step to provide the consumer with affordable healthy
