   Il Salumificio Mio nasce alla fine del 1800 per opera di Mio Sante, un commerciante di bestiame; trasformandosi prima in macello e poi in attivita di produzione insaccati giunge sino ai giorni nostri ricco di un bagaglio invidiabile di esperienze nel settore grazie alle quali il Salumificio mio e oggi stimato e apprezzato per la produzione di insaccati e carni di qualita.

Il nostro ciclo produttivo comprende salumi di cavallo e salumi di puro suino, sempre prodotti artigianalmente e dal gusto particolare:

Comprendono gli sfilacci, il salame classico, il tipico ungherese, il bocconcino, la salamella stagionata, il salamino piccante, la soppressa all'aglio tipo Veneto ed altri ancora che vorremmo avere il piacere di farvi assaggiare.

   Salumificio Mio was founded at the end of the 19th century by Mio Sante, a livestock merchant who later became a butcher before specialising in the production of salted meats. With over a century of experience, Salumificio Mio is today renowned for the quality of its salami, sausages and fine meats.

Our products include salted horsemeat and pork, which as with all our products are handmade and endowed with a unique flavour.

We also produce sfilacci (finely cut 'threads' of meat), classic salami, Hungarian style salami, bocconcini (morsels), seasoned salami, and small, spicy salami (pepperoni), soppressa
salami flavoured with garlic typical of the Veneto region and other delicious specialities.

   "Salumificio Mio" ist in der Region Friaul-Julisch Venetien weit bekannt fur die Produktion von Schlachtfleisch und Wurstwaren ( vom Rind, Schwein und Pferd) und wird fur die Qualitat ihrer Produkte und die fachmannische Verarbeitung sehr geschatzt. Wir bieten Ihnen zahlreiche Spezialitaten aus unserem Gebiet und aus der Norddeutschen Tradition an.
