RED WINE PRIMITIVO Kind of grapes used: Primitivo 100% Characteristics: -Colour: Red porpora. -Smell: Wide of mature grape with sentori of spezie -Taste: Sturdy and soft with bottom of small black fruits Average age of the vines: 25 years about. Technique used for the cultivation of the vineyard: Espalier. Harvesting: picked up by hand. Number of stumps per hectare: 4.200 ab. Production per hectare: Kg 9.000 ab. Microclimate: Typical Mediterranean, i.e. warm and dry. Exposure of the vineyards: Southern direction, in a temperate area influenced by the surrounding sea.
