La storia dell’Azienda Vinicola Valetti incominciò con Angelo, piccolissimo produttore di Bardolino prima ancora che questo vino assurgesse alla fama odierna. La Valetti è a tutt’oggi una cantina a conduzione familiare, situata nel cuore della Zona Classica di produzione del Bardolino.
In un mercato altamente competitivo, la sua sopravvivenza è legata alla capacità di offrire vini di qualità superiore con il migliore rapporto qualità/prezzo, per clienti che vogliono un prodotto alternativo rispetto a quello offerto dalle solite grosse cantine.
Produciamo i vini tipici del Lago di Garda e del Veronese: Bardolino Classico DOC e Bardolino Classico Superiore DOCG, Bardolino Chiaretto Classico DOC, Valpolicella Classico DOC, Bianco di Custoza DOC. Utilizziamo solo uve provenienti dalla ristretta Zona Classica del Bardolino, quella più vocata alla coltivazione della vite, dove il terreno ghiaioso delle colline moreniche e il microclima particolare del Lago di Garda consentono di ottenere un prodotto di qualità superiore.

The history of Azienda Vinicola Valetti began with Angelo, little peasant of Bardolino when this wine was not yet famous. Valetti is still today a family managed winecellar, settled in the heart of the Classical Area of production of Bardolino. In a highly competitive market, it may survive only offering superior quality wines with the best quality/price ratio.
We produce the typical Wines of Lake Garda : Bardolino Classico DOC and Bardolino Classico DOC Superiore, Bardolino Chiaretto Classico DOC. We use only grapes grown up in the limited Classical Area of Bardolino, the most vocated for the wineyard for the soil composition of the morenic hills and the particular climate of Lake Garda. The transformation of theese grapes in wine aims simply to transfer in the wine the original excellence of the grapes, which comes from vineyard with more of 30 years of age.
We also produce selections of single grapes that give the Adelaide White and the Lotario Red, which is aged in oak barrels before bottling. The Grappa of bardolino and the Extra Vergine Olive Oil complete the range of typical products of Lake Garda .

Azienda Vinicola Valetti ist einen kleinen Weinkeller mit einer Familienführung. Er liegt mitten in dem klassischen Gebiet, wo Wein wie Bardolino Classico D.O.C. produziert wird. Das Dorf heißt Calmasino di Bardolino. Wir produzieren die klassischen und typischen Weine des Gardaseegebietes : Bardolino Classico DOC e Bardolino Classico DOC Superiore, Bardolino Chiaretto Classico DOC.
Wir benutzen nur Weintrauben, die streng aus dem klassischen Bardolino Gebiet kommen. Dieser letzte ist der bekannteste Weinkulturort. Sein kiesiger Boden des Moränenhügellands und das besondere Gardaseemikroklima erlauben, einen Produkt mit einer sehr hohen Qualität zu erreichen. Die Bearbeitung der Weintrauben im Wein wird von dem Weinbaubetrieb Valetti mit der größten Sorgfalt verrichtet. Diese Firma hat den Zweck, in dem produzierten Wein der ausgezeichnete Urgeschmack der Weintrauben zu halten. Die meisten Weintraubenbaume sind mehr als dreißig Jahre alt.
Wir produzieren auch Auswählen einzelner Weintrauben, zum Beispiel den Weißwein Bianco Adelaide und den Rotwein Rosso Lotario, der sein Bouquet erreicht, weil er vor der Abfüllung in Barrique-Eichenfässern bleibt.
Wir bieten auch den Schnaps vom Bardolino und das reine Olivenöl an, das kalt ausgedrückt wird. Das ist unser Vollangebot von typischen Gardaseeprodukten.
