| Tamaioasa Romaneasca has a specific sweet basil flavor and mowed hay, with a dark greenish color, with a specific taste of sweet basil pears and a long post- taste that proves its high class.
The complex taste joins the fragrance of the sweet basil and hay with the outstanding flavor of the sweet basil pears.
The grapes from which it is obtained this wine are called Busuioaca (Tamaioasa) de Moldova, a sort of grape historically joined with Cotnari.
It is served at a temperature of 8…10°C.
It is recommended to consumed in association with the desert (cakes, pancakes, cheese dumpling, creams, pies, fruit salads), with fruits (nuts, salted peanuts, almonds,) and at the end at meals.
