| This wine is the result of an accurate selection and care, aiming at the accomplishment of the production cycle; pruning, manual harvesting, vinification and aging. The use of grapes exclusively grown in their own manor, Nero d’Avola and Merlot, the crops high value and the knowledge of their own territory, make the factory a clear expression of the origin area.
There are two different variety of red wine:

Nero d’Avola – Merlot
