Organolectic characteristics: By sight it has got a beautiful golden yellow colour with warm green tonalities, clear. By smell opens wide and elegant, endowed with an intense vegetal and fruit note, with fresh lawn herbs, striking mature tomato, remembering of origanum and basil in the closing. By taste is fine and complex characterized by decise notes of lettuce sage and dry fruit.

Bitter and hot armonic and dosed.

Use: Suitable both for delicate foods to exalt, without mask, the taste of courses as fish, openings, white meats or boiled, and raw with "bruschetta", vegetable, meast, yegetable soups, boked fish, blank pasta, "pinzimonio", to exalt the taste of cooked vegetable and legumes.
