small artisan firm from the Vicenza province, has developed also for Christmas 2007 a rich catalogue, with panettoni and pandori with different weight, with unmistakable taste and enriched with a fabulous packaging, which is studied in every detail.

The firm offers for the next Christmas holiday firstly the Patisserie Cherry Panettone, with a sweet and intense taste, the Panettone with the Tangerine, for a special sensorial tasting produced with raw materials which are almost rare. This because in it the traditional candied citrus fruits or orange and citron are replaced by the ones of Lata Tangerine of Ciaculli, a Slow Food Presidium, protected by this organization for the limited quantity produced and available in the market. And then there is the Patisserie Panettone with "Prosecco" wine, the ones with fresh cream, fresh milk and fresh butter, and the Noël Panettone, with pieces of pear, Cinnamon and Cloves: different tastes, for selected customers, which require niche products.
