OLIFLIX is a small
mill of Olive Oil that has been recuperated after
years of inactivity.
|
As with the mill, we have also recuperated
the traditional elaboration systems of Olive
Oil, so that we can enjoy an Extra Virgin Olive
Oil elaborated with all our craftsmanship.
At the same time and following with this line,
we also elaborate Natural Table Olives with all
our craftsmanship and with the ingredients that
nature has provided us with. |

According to our idea of respect
for the environment, we elaborate a variety of
oil and olives from ORGANIC GROWTH.
Both the Extra Virgin Olive Oil,
from first pressing, and the Natural Table Olives
come from olive trees that have been neither
treated with fertilizers nor insecticide of synthesis.
All of these being endorsed by Rules and Controls
of the Catalan Council of Ecological Agricultural
Production (C.C.P.A.E.).

Elaboración del
Aceite de Oliva Virgen Extra
de Primera Presión en Frio

OLIFLIX es
un pequeño molino de Aceite de Oliva que
ha sido recuperado tras largo tiempo de inactividad.
Junto al molino hemos recuperado los sistemas
de elaboración tradicionales del Aceite
de Oliva, siendo fruto de este trabajo un Aceite
de Oliva Virgen Extra elaborado al más
puro estilo artesanal.
Paralelamente, y siguiendo esta misma línea
elaboramos Aceitunas Naturales de Mesa, también
de forma artesanal y con los ingredientes que
nos proporciona la naturaleza.

De acuerdo con nuestra idea de respeto
por la naturaleza elaboramos una variedad de aceite
y de aceitunas de CULTIVO ECOLÓGICO.
Tanto el Aceite de Oliva Virgen Extra, de primera
presión, como las Aceitunas Naturales de Mesa,
provienen de los olivos a los cuales no se les vierte
ningún tipo de abono o plaguicida químicos
de síntesis. Todo ello es avalado por las
normas y control del Consell Català de
la Producció Ecològica (C.C.P.A.E.). |
