Vinification base wine: Bunches selected manually. Entire grape bunches pressed. Fermentation with selected yeast. Fermentation temperature: 16° C. The base rose wine is obtained after a light maceration of red grapes as Merlot, Pinot Noir and Gamay. The foam or bubbles taken is done thru Charmat method, during 60 days. After being bottled, and before being labeled, the bottles stay in a resting position for 30 days.
