Conservas González Barrio es una empresa familiar

bajo las marcas COSTERA y LA GLORIA el bonito del norte,
anchoas del Cantábrico, el caviar de oricios y otras
especialidades como las ventriscas de bonito, bonito sin
sal añadida, la crema de mar, los bígaros y

ANCHOAS ARTESANAS |
El sabor exquisito de
las anchoas son la clave de nuestro éxito.
El secreto está en
el proceso de curación del pescado y el
punto de sal que se deja una vez se obtiene la
anchoa limpia. También es importante la
delicadeza y tesón con que se limpian
los filetes que dan fe a la calidad de nuestro
producto. |
BONITO ARTESANO |
El Atún Blanco (Bonito del Norte) es pescado
por la Flota Cantábrica con métodos
tradicionales.
Comprobando su frescura
a pié de
barco es seleccionado rápidamente transportado
en frío y se procede a su elaboración
artesanal en fresco en nuestra factoría,
bajo un riguroso control de esterilizaciones, incubaciones
y trazabilidad, para que llegue hasta su mesa con
plena garantía de calidad.
Dietéticos: Bonito del Norte Sin Sal
Añadida, al natural y en aceite de oliva.
La primera empresa en elaborar Bonito en conserva
de reducido contenido en sodio para regímenes

El exquisito
caviar de oricios es un producto esterilizado,
sin conservantes
ni aditivos, cuyas
huevas del ERIZO DE MAR son extraídas
en vivo.
Las algas son un excelente
complemento nutricional, recuperamos la tradición culinaria de
elaboración de guisos utilizando algas
del tipo LAMINARIA, KOMBU ROYAL Y DULCE.
Las Ventriscas y Lomos de
Atún Claro
COSTERA, son extraídas y elaboradas con
esmero para garantizar su calidad y fino sabor.
Crema de Mar, nutritivo
PATÉ DE SARDINA,
elaborado con sardinas frescas y molturado con
vegetales frescos y especias naturales.

We are a Spanish
manufacture of canned fish with a long experience on
the artisanal elaboration
of our products. The company was founded in 1926 in Gijón
one of the most important fishing port on the Cantabrian
Coast. We commercialize an assortment products under
two Brand names COSTERA and GLORIA to satisfy all customer
demands, quality, presentation of the products and price.
We also work different sizes from gourmet market and
retailer
channel to Hotel and Catering Industry .

ARTISANAL BAY OF BISCAY TUNA IN OLIVE OIL

White Tuna (Bay of Biscay
Tuna) is caught by the Cantabrian fleet using traditional
methods.
Its freshness is checked
on the dockside and it is swiftly transported in refrigerated
lorries. Then it is artisanally elaborated in our factory
while fresh, using a rigorous control of sterilization,
incubation and traceability, ensuring it arrives at the
table with full guarantee of quality.
Bay of Biscay Tuna without added salt.
It was our company in 1999, that became the first canning
company to produce tuna with a reduced sodium content
especially for diets. Elaborated while fresh in olive
oil or as it comes, especially indicated for people with
high blood pressure and for hypocaloric diets.

guts and scales removed), ground with vegetables
and natural herbs .
Fresh Winkles, SEA SNAILS is a mollusc
found in the cold waters of northern seas, after
exhaustive cleaning it is elaborated while fresh
with its shell using only water and salt.
