Blend of 90% Cabernet, 10% Carmenere.The vines are planted in clay loam soil irrigated by pure melt waters from the Andes Mountains. Harvest was realized by hand between April 30th and May 15th of 2007. 70% was aged in oak barrels for 18 months. Read more »
