Terms of Service
Agrelma will hold a percentage of the order's amount as a service fee and to cover the fees related to money transfers (10% for orders up to EUR 5,000, 7% for orders between EUR 5,000-20,000 and 5% for orders over EUR 20,000).
Agrelma won't be held responsible for problems related to products not being delivered, the non-compliance of the goods or problems caused by carriers you chose to use to deliver the goods.
Agrelma does not interfere with amounts and information viewed on AgrelmaShopping and stresses that all data is entered by the producer when he/she fills the mandatory fields for the sale.
If you pay in other currencies, the data displayed is taken directly from official currency converter websites (Yahoo! Finance).
What is AgrelmaShopping?
AgrelmaShopping puts at disposal further services for selling products directly on our website and it's possible to manage the status of the orders in your personal Home Page.
AgrelmaShopping for the Producers
Once they have entered their offer, the producers can activate the service AgrelmaShopping on the same offer by simply accessing to the service when they view the preview related to that particular offer. Furthermore, they can fill a discount chart depending on the ordered quantity.
After entering the relevant terms of sale, the offer becomes immediately available to the buyers.
AgrelmaShopping for the Buyers
Surfing on the website and viewing the records of the various offers it is possible to place them in your shopping cart, if the offers are available for sale.
Clicking on the offer's record the buyer views the Add to cart section which contains information concerning the selected product (Unit price, delivery time, discounts and total amount). At this stage, to add the product to the cart, the buyer simply enters the quantity of the desired product.
The buyer after confirming the products in the shopping cart and paying via one of the following methods (PayPal, Credit card or Bank transfer), will only have to wait for the goods to be delivered to close the process.
Orders and Payments
Agrelma, safeguards the sellers as well as the buyers and thanks to the service AgrelmaShopping sets itself between the two parties during each step of an order. Indeed, when the buyer confirms the order of a product and makes the payment, the pertaining amount will be held by Agrelma until the order will be considered settled. An order is considered settled when the buyer states he/she received the goods or when the 60 days elapse (accrue from the delivery date) and the buyer gives no notice regarding the delivery of the goods, the delay of the delivery or the non-compliance of the goods.
When the order is settled Agrelma forwards the total amount to the producer and the process comes to an end.
If problems concerning a delay in the delivery, the non-compliance of the goods arise, or if the goods are not delivered at all, Agrelma will act to refund the amount to the buyer net of any transactions fees in case the two parties do not come to an agreement.
The products before being requested to the producer are placed in the shopping cart. The products remain in the cart until the buyer decides to confirm the order and to forward the payment via the payments methods accepted on the website (Bank transfer, Credit card, PayPal).
Managing the orders
In the personal Home Page both the buyers and the sellers can follow the status of their orders:
Order forwarded: The buyer has confirmed the order placed in the shopping cart;
Payment forwarded, waiting to be verified: The buyer has made the payment. The order remains in this status until Agrelma receives the amount;
Payment verified: The amount has been received by Agrelma. The producer can send the goods to the buyer. Accruing from the delivery date the countdown of 60 days starts, after 60 days the order is automatically confirmed;
Problems identified by the buyer: The buyer has indentified some problems or faults in the products. The delivery is taking too long. The countdown which automatically confirms the order is brought to an end;
Order settled and process closed: The buyer stated that the delivered goods were correct or the period of 60 days to point out identified problems has elapsed. The total amount pertaining to the order has been forwarded to the buyer;
