This is a sparkling wine obtained from a pinots grapes brought in unripe grapes.The grapes are selected, hand harvested and soft pressed with a yield of 55 % , the fermentation take placesin autoclaves at a controllated low temperature, and the wine is bottled 4- 5 months before the commercialization. The color is straw light yellow with an highly clearness .The scent fragrance is fresh , intense, persistent, pleasing to the smell with a pleasant yeasty . Taste is dry, delicately fruity
